Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Covid-19 may have an impact on our delivery estimates.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Again Covid-19 may have an impact on this.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tyroloutdoor.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

If you received your order damaged save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos and send to Info@Tyroloutdoor.com

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to the countries other than the UK and the EU. Please contact us if you wish us to ship to other countries at Info@Tyroloutdoor.com and we can arrange shipment.
