Mind Over Mountains is a mental health charity harnessing the restorative power of the outdoors to support wellbeing. Through free, guided walks in inspiring natural landscapes - supported by professional mental health practitioners - they create welcoming spaces where people can move, breathe and reconnect with nature and with each other.

Rooted in the belief that time outside builds resilience and reduces isolation, their approach combines gentle physical activity with meaningful human connection. By making nature-based support accessible to all adults aged 18+, Mind Over Mountains helps people take positive steps forward - one walk at a time.
